The City of Ferguson and Blessed Teresa of Calcutta church (BTC) have entered an agreement to use their Parish Center for most of the Parks and Recreation programs previously held at the January-Wabash Park Building. Yoga, aerobics, Fitness over Fifty, and tai chi classes are being held at the center.

The center is the site of the former Good Shepherd School and is located at 1050 Smith Avenue, off of Hudson Road.

The staff and parishioners of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta are to be commended for their cooperation in the establishment of this agreement. As a part of the agreement, all parishioners are cordially invited to participate in the programs at the Ferguson resident fee.

Directions to BTC Parish Center
From Elizabeth Avenue, turn east onto Hudson Road.  At Hudson Road and Smith Avenue, turn right (heading south), onto Smith Avenue.  This is a three-way stop with a horse farm on the corner.

From West Florissant Road, turn west onto Hudson Road.  At Smith Avenue, turn left (heading south).  Again, this is a three-way stop with a horse farm on the corner.

The center is on the left about a block south of Hudson Road.  Participants should park in the lot in front of the center and enter through the main doors.  The Aerobics, Fitness over Fifty, and Tai Chi programs are being held in the gym off to the right after entering the center.  The Yoga classes are being held in a lower level space accessed by stairs down the hallway from the gym.
