Disposal of regular household waste for the City of Ferguson is provided under contract with Allied Waste. These services are required for all residential housing units within the City limits. The collection hours are 6:30 am - 7:00 pm.
Basic Service includes:
- Once a week collection of refuse, recyclables, and yard waste (all collected on the same day)
- Once a month collection of bulky trash, which will always fall on your last pick-up day of the month
Bulky trash collection is limited to three (3) items per pick-up and must be scheduled three (3) days in advance with Allied Waste at (636) 947-5959.
For special pick-ups such as large household appliances, furniture, or other large volume needs, please call Allied Waste to schedule your pick-up at least one day in advance. Please note that there is an additional charge for this service.
