Northern Lights Holiday Walk
Kick off your Northern Lights experience by walking the Ted Jones trail. The 2.4 mile walk will begin adjacent to the Northern Lights festival grounds and end at the University of Missouri St. Louis. A trolley will pick you up and return you to the festival grounds so you can enjoy numerous booths and entertainment before you enjoy the lighted parade. All walkers must check in prior to the walk to ensure a return ride. The walk will begin at 3:00 p.m. sharp

For anyone who still believes! (ages 8 and under).  It has been rumored someone has left candy canes on the Blessed Teresa of Calcutta’s grounds.  Come help us find them all. The morning activities will begin with the building of your own Gingerbread House made from graham crackers and candy. Next the group will decorate a bag for collecting the candy canes then we collect all the candy canes and finally we’ll enjoy cookies and cocoa.  Santa will also join us for some cookies and one-on-one conversation. Parents must accompany children. Dress according to the weather.  Supervisor:  Stan Kreitler.

Light up your neighborhood for the holidays by entering the Ferguson Holiday Home Decorating Contest. Home exteriors will be judged on originality, creativity of lighting arrangements, and traditional holiday themes. The first and second place winners in each ward will be presented with a commemorative plaque and temporary yard sign for their hard work. You may enter your own home or another Ferguson home by calling the office at 521-4661. Registration deadline: December 7.
